Michael Coudrey is an American entrepreneur, investor and company builder. He serves as Chairman and CEO of Pharos Investment Group and CEO of Tova Farms, leading the development of operating businesses across agriculture, global trade, technology, real estate and emerging markets.

Michael began building businesses as a teenager and later founded ventures in e-commerce, digital communications and real estate. Earlier in his career, he also worked in public affairs and politics. His primary focus today is building durable companies around practical market gaps: production capacity, infrastructure, quality control, logistics, market access, technology and capital.

His operating philosophy is based on active ownership. Rather than pursuing passive exposure, Michael focuses on opportunities where better systems, direct operating involvement and disciplined execution can materially improve outcomes. His companies are developed around long-term demand, defensible market positions and the ability to compound enterprise value over time.
